I can do, you can do, we can do!

Good morning friends and welcome to Pivot. This edition is all about Teamwork and I wanted to share a few of my thoughts on this subject. You see for most of my working life I have been blessed to work as part of a team. Love Your Neighbour

At the end of January, my husband Colin and I went on holiday for a fortnight. We went to the far North West of Scotland and I like to describe it as our ‘character building’ holiday. My husband may describe it in other terms – but whatever words we use – it was a stunningly beautiful and exciting holiday in one of the remotest places of the United Kingdom.      See full story...

What a gift!

Having been in ministry for ten years, the Methodist Church generously gift their ministers with a three-month long Sabbatical. This is meant to be a time of spiritual, physical and mental renewal. My Sabbatical took place during January, February and March of this year and so I returned to ministry at the beginning of April, in time for Easter.      See full story...
